The Mascot Miracles Foundation (MMF) has been a huge part of my life for the last about eight years. This organization means the world to me, my family, and the many others who have been touched by this wonderful group.

I will do my best to explain what this group does, why it exists, and what they are aiming for. However, a lot of what this foundation does can only be seen to be believed. Because of that, I have a video to help with that.
This Music Video was done using kids helped by the foundation, and the band Eclipse 6
(This is me: Music Video ft Mascot Miracles Foundation)
The Mascot Miracle Foundation aims to make experiences for children with anything from disabilities to terminal health conditions. Rich Ellis, the founder of the Mascot Miracles Foundation said "We can't change an outcome... but we can change a moment in time" The whole goal of the foundation can be summarized by his quote.
The organization exists because two mascots were heading home from a sporting event in 2013. When they met a little girl by the name of Brinley Torres. Brinley was four years old at the time and had already been battling leukemia for two years prior. Brinley was doing a lemonade stand to raise money for other children facing cancer.
The Mascots knew that Brinley, and children like her needed a place where they could feel like they were like any other kid.
Now how did my family become involved with the Mascots?
Well, We were a part of several organizations that helped children with special needs. Some of them were better than others. But none of them were nearly as good as the Mascot Miracles Miracles Foundation.

My sister's favorite pastime was painting. She began auctioning her paintings for the foundation. The reason she did this was to help the mascots achieve their big goal. An all abilities Amusement Park.
The Mascot Miracles Foundation is working on building a full-fledged amusement park that everyone, regardless of ability will be able to enjoy. There have been many setbacks in the project. However, the MMF is still working on this project because they know how important this is for their Slogans of "No one fights alone" and "Never to be forgotten".

This is a really cool organazation that I'd never heard about. Thanks for posting! I looked on their website and it looks like my favorite mascot, the Jazz Bear is involved which is great to see. The amusement park idea seems like it will require a huge effort but I would support it over the likes of whatever Lagoon is doing nowadays for sure. Great post!
